Brave Frontier RPG

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! In this entry I'm gonna talk about a mobile game that I've been playing for a couple of years and I like a lot. It is called Brave Frontier and it is basically an RPG (Role Playing Game). You got certain number of characters and your main objective is to clear a huge amount of missions. In each mission you can use up to 6 units, which are few, and you got to chose the right ones depending on the mission you want to complete. In every mission you go for there is the chance to obtain some of the enemies you beat as your warriors here, and there are "harder" missions that give you gems after completing them, and once you own 5 gems you can summon a special unit. You can upgrade these units that I'm talking by fusing them with other units,  then they become stronger and they look cool. The game may result a bit confusing at the beginning because you don't know what to do with the units, which are good and which are bad ... but one you acquire experience as a player everything becomes clear and you can enjoy of a fluid and distracting gameplay. I personally think that this is one of the best mobile phone games, better than Clash of Clans or any other RPG, because in other games everyone has the same characters and every match between you and the computer or you versus another person becomes monotonous ... Instead, in Brave Frontier it is difficult to coincide with somebody with the same units than you in his squad, because there are thousands of different characters and hundreds of different combinations to use them. We could say that everyone has his personalized team depending on his playing stile. I also like the way the characters are designed and the different details and story they have that make them unique. Here they are some pics of how do they like:

The game is online and sometimes there are events were people from around the world cooperate to get extra rewards and cool units. The community of Brave Frontier is so nice in comparison with other game's fans groups ... Here people share they experiences in forums and help newbies to get started. There are also some people that reveals futures updates from the Korean server, which we could say that is the main one, all the other servers depend directly from the Korean one. As I said before I like this game because it is really addicting and somehow it is like playing Pokemon but with 6 pokemons in the same time. It's kinda hard to describe ... Anyway if somebody is seeking for a mobile game to play when he is bored I shall recommend this one

'Guardian angel' autism dog Caddie makes Crufts finals

The life of Joy Sayer wouldn't be the same without his loyal pet Caddie. This 13-years-old boy suffers autism but nowadays he can front the daily challenges like cleaning his teeth or walking to the shops with the help of this Labrador from the "Dogs of Good" organization. This kind of dogs are trained specially to help people with illness to keep calmed and relaxed all time. Joel says that his dog could be considered more than his friend, actually he says he is his "guardian angel". By adopting Caddie his life has became easier for him and for his fathers, who now can be more relaxed when they leave his son with his guardian angel.

I personally think that being able to beat one disease as autism with just petting a trained Labrador is just wonderful. Usually people how suffer this kind of sickens is constantly going to therapy and taking medicines and pills to control his attitude which is really annoying at all. And Joel is just a kid! I cannot imagine how difficult could be in his situation ... But just by adopting a dog, that often is one of the children dreams worldwide, his life has improved incredibly fast! Just by having a new friend to play and spend time with, which is funnier and healthier than spending loads of hours going to psychiatrists and medics, Joel can live as every other kid of his country. Everything thanks to "Dogs of Good" NGO  which is daily training dogs with the only purpose to help disable kids and adults to have a regular life.

TRUMP AND ABE AGAINST THE KOREAN MISSILE TESTS

Last Friday 22th of February the Korean leader Kim Jong Un performed a "missile launching test" sending one of his intermediate-range missiles near to Japanese territory. The Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, who was join in a conference with Donald Trump in the US, condemned the Korean test saying that it was "absolutely intolerable". He also added that Trump was enforcing his alliance with Japan and he was committed to stay behind Japan "a 100%". Kim Jong Un warned that he was gonna test out some "long-range" missiles able to reach the Unites States of America, to which  the same Donald Trump declared in a press conference that that wouldn't happen and that he was going to be on alert. The US Defence Secretary James Mattis also said that any use of nuclear weapons by North Korea would be met with an "effective and overwhelming" response.

US President Donald Trump speaks alongside Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe following North Korea's missile launch on Sunday, 11 February 2017

I think president Trump maybe isn't the best candidate to talk about recycling or about the public sanity, but I find no better person to talk about the own and allied states defense. Speaking convincing as the most of times, I'm sure that he will be not intimidated by Korea or by any other nation, and maybe that's a good way to make Kim Jong Un moderate his imposing attitude.

METALLICA AND MEGADETH

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog again! This will be the "your say" about Trash Metal I talked about before and I decided it will be about the history of Metallica and Megadeth, two of the most influential bands of this style that are actually really related. Okay, first of all I'm gonna start talking about the early days of Metallica (you'll understand why later). Metallica was created on 1981 in Los Angeles by Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield, and let  Lloyd Grant and Ron McGovney, one of Hetfield's friends, join them as a main guitarist and as a bassist respectively. But Grant didn't had in mind to stay in the band for a long time, so they started to search for another main guitarist influenced by Motörhead and Iron Maiden (the groups they had been influenced by were very important to develop the specific kind of music they wanted) and they found a guy called Dave Mustaine which was really skilled with the guitar and fit perfectly on the band. So they recruited him and start recording his first album, which was called Kill'Em All. Everything was find until Hetfield and Ulrich noticed the heavy problems Mustaine had with alcohol and drugs, they took too back then but Mustaine's behavior was excessive. So because of that and other factors they decided to kick him from the band... Metallica were in Rochester, New York, when that happened and it was like one day they just woke up Mustaine and said him he was out, giving him a bus ticket to go back to Los Angeles. They had everything planned, Kirk Hammet (his actual guitarist) left Exodus and joined them that same afternoon. Mustaine was so angry and during his trip back home he start thinking about what could he do about it. Was then were he read an article about a nuclear explosion which included a word called "megadeath" (it means more than a million deaths) that looked cool to him, and then he got a great idea to get his vengeance: He though in create a new musical group called "Megadeth" with the only objective to sound faster, heavier and better than Metallica. And there is where the story really begins, how the couple of bands were progressing and his rivalry was increasing trying to better than each other. Nowadays Metallica is more popular and respected around the world but personally I think Megadeth is musically better and Mustaine is a better composer than Hetfield ...Some of Megadeth's songs are much better than Metallica ones, and 2 of  the 3 Metallica's best albums were composed by Musatine so ... I'm not saying that Metallica is bad or something like that, they have done a nice job all these years but the difference is that Metallica has been studding how to become more popular worldwide and how to sell more they products but Megadeth meanwhile has been progressing musically and defining the genre of Thrash Metal as the greatest exponent. I used to think Metallica was better before listening to any of Megadeth's albums but now ... it is so hard to consider Metallica as worthy rival at lest in the Trash category ... So this is it, hope you liked! This time I'm gonna leave bellow one of my Megadeth favorite solos of a song called "Tornado of Souls". It will be a cover video because I love seeing how the songs are played ~

PERSONALITY TEST

Okay in this post i'm gonna talk a little bit of a test about fashion  we took in English class. It was consisted of  7 questions if I'm not wrong and basically they asked you about your dressing style. Everything was fine until we noticed that the test was intended to women ... Anyway the teacher got a nice idea about answering like we were the kind of girl we like, and this was the result: the test said that my dressing style is romantic. In that moment i didn't know if I should be flattered or not because it is supposed to be a good thing but I wasn't sure to do the test correctly so I repeated it and had the same result. So, yeah, it seems  I'm romantic now... Obviously I didn't take the result of the test seriously because one of my classmates introduced the same answers two times and had different results so ... However, there are other reasons why don't trust the test: I thinks people personality is constantly changing and we are not constantly changing our dressing style, so we could say that sometimes our clothes are not actualized to our newest personality version. And another thing i got to comment is that a lot of times people dresses in a different way they are to pretend to be different that they truly are, so with that logic is easy to cheat on the test.

A talk about guitar players

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog! Today I'm gonna talk about one of my favorite instruments which is the electric guitar. First of all I wanna make clear that I'm used to listen to songs that include electric guitars, not acoustics, so most of the references I'm gonna make are based in what I've listened or seen. If you are one of these acoustic players that think Rock and Metal are overrated and acoustic guitar players are more skilled you better leave this entry or try not think that typical comment like "Metal are just noises, these lyrics have no sense, etc" Anyway I hope you all can enjoy this post.

I've liked this instrument since I was a little child and I used to listen to my dad's Led Zeppelin disks, but it has not been until now that I've start to appreciate and respect all guitarists as music heroes. This has been because I recently started to play it and now I know how hard it is to really dominate this instrument and play  it fluently. I've been playing piano for a while and I like it too but it is not the same ... In the piano when you press a key it just sounds a note and that's it, however in the guitar to play a note or a chord properly you got to find the correct position of your left hand, press the appropriate string in the fret you want and also pick that same string with the other hand. When you explain this to people they all think "Come on dude that's easy, don't exaggerate things" and I also used to think this when my father played the guitar for me, but the first time I tried to play something by my own I was like "My god this is so damn hard". To become a good musician you must have some skills that people thinks that are easy to develop but they require a lot of dedication and a lot of practice... Obviously not every song requires the same technique level but also not every song is easy at it looks like. To put an example: I'm a person who really loves metal music, specifically thrash metal ( I'm gonna write a "your say" about that, I'm not sure about what band/s but I'm gonna do it ) one of the fastest genres, and one day when I was looking for Megadeth covers to know how people is supposed to play that I only saw guitarists moving their right hand fast and I was sure that that was the only difficulty they had to play, the speed, but to my surprise it was not. Thrash metal players use different techniques as palm muting, gallops, powerchords, alternate picking... and they are changing from one to another in every phrase of the songs! And i haven't talk about the solos yet ... Some songs of this genre are just insane. So what happened when I tried to play a piece of "In my Darkest Hour" was that I got a muscle pull in my right arm and it hurt me during like three days ... Since that experience I started to admire guitarists like Dave Mustaine or James Hetfield ( some of the best, fastest, and heavier guitarists of this genre ) and tried to play something lighter like "Enter Sandman" from Metallica which I expected to achieve at the first try and lasted me like a week (and nowadays I'm not ready yet to play the solo)... What I'm trying to say with all this is that when you are just a viewer in the music world everything looks easier that it actually is and society in general should appreciate more the people who is truly playing instruments instead of all this "DJs" that make the typical commercial radio songs with the same repetitive patrol... Because instrument players, doesn't care if they play guitar, piano, drums or ukulele, they all are dedicating some of his time in the skills I said before and that's not a piece of cake, and unfortunately, meanwhile most of the actual pop music producers are copying one to each other and repeating what they did and had success to increase benefits. Anyone can learn how to copy songs and use autotune in a couple of days but no one can become as good as Jimi Hendrix with the guitar in that time.

As I do in every of my posts I'm gonna leave a video down here, this time it will be the Megadeth song I tried to learn (and if anyone wants to know it, I tried to learn the riff that starts in the minute 3:38 until the end of the song):

A TED talk on fashon

Forget shopping. Soon you'll download your new clothes

Danit Peleg is a passionated fashonista that wants to explain us how the clothes world will change in a few years via the new tecnologies. She starts introducing us to the 3D printers, innovative machines able to print anything trough a virtual pattern and she's expirience with this quite rare tools.

Pelege's first experience with 3D printers was on the fashon design school, she decided to prepare an entire collection of designs without knowing too much about this gizmos. Once she started her project she began to seek diferent kinds of textiles and different tecniques to compose this particular assortment of dresses. She spent loads of hours experimenting with specific gadets like laser cutters or kittning machines, but one summer she saw  3D printers in New York and thought that work with them should be very interesting. After working hard during months and find the optimal materials to print with them, she desined her first cloth, a red which had written the word "Librerté". After printing her first design everything was easier, but Peleg spent more than 1.500 hours to perfect her technique and finish her collection.
